An Open Letter to All Australians

Did you know that if you were born in Australia or an Australian Naturalized Citizen, that effectively makes you a shareholder or stakeholder in Australia in its wealth, prosperity and its longevity.

Now you can voice your concerns through letters to the editor; letter drops; knock on doors; you could stand for election; create your own political party; get on talkback radio; take to the streets waving placards; pick up the phone and speak demonstratively to your local member of parliament; you can email; face book; U Tube, blog or even write a story on your companies web site.

When someone or a collective of someone's are causing grief at the club you can sort it out at the monthly general meeting, have a extra-ordinary general meeting or wait till the A.G.M (Annual General Meeting) every 12 months. All three meetings give you the ability to air your grievances, establish both sides to the story and extract the truth but the overlaying impact is you keep the bastards honest by having the opportunity to vote them off the board.

Now as a Shareholder / Stakeholder in Australia your membership entitles you to a vote every 3 years, that's it. There's know how you're going mate, and look mate can you explain what's going on here in an open transparent way. We get feed on a daily news cycle that's geared for the 6 pm free to air nightly news channel or its reguitated adfinitum on 24/7 news channels with their have your vote now for 50 cents to give you that fix that you have had your say.

It's important that Copenhagen Climate Treaty and Australia's Carbon Tax or Emission Tax or Fart Tax whatever name you want to give it, Fail’s ! .......... End of Story and the reason!

Well lets start at the beginning

"Something is Wrong with Our Sun" written many years ago by Brisbane’s Mr. Kevin Peacock can be found at the bottom of the page (it's a free E Book download) A few years back a UK script writer rang Kevin and the subsequence of the call was this fella went ahead and turned the concept into a working script for the movie "Knowing" played by Nicholas Cage. The script writer took some editorial license with the kids been visited by the Off Worlders but in actual fact it was the author Kevin Peacock who had them appear and guide him for some time, something that I feel you would all empathize with if I’m not mistaken.

Kevin poured over endless scientific papers, reports thesis at universities and public libraries and eventually put it all together and when he published his work and provided bibliographies, all of a sudden published papers were been withdrawn and rewritten.

The question is! Who pays the scientist wages.

The other two PDF's relate to the Copenhagen treaty and the secret agenda behind it that hasn't surfaced in the public arena. The tax regime and the signing away of your sovereign rights to a small select few to run the world is the issue. And why this meeting and others like it must fail.

Whilst all this activity was taking place, over in IRAQ away from the World media, the IRAQ oilfields were been auctioned off as spoils of war. The first went to BP the second tender went to Chinese the third went to Shell, Japan in a joint venture with Malaysia, Petronas won the last auction, the rest of the bidders lining up include USA and Indian

The so called Carbon Tax is basically a form of book making, getting in the bookmakers ring at the local Turf club and taking a punt that your horse will get across the line before the race starts but for merchant bankers and your bank its very much akin to taking out hedge contracts in the currency exchange markets or derivatives. Whilst others may call it a pyramid selling scheme and we all know that those at the top of pyramid schemes are the ones who make the real money.

The so called Carbon Tax could be the stock market / merchant banker’s new gravy train for this decade and decades to come, if we don’t stop it now. These folk in the finance industry will relish the chance to grab a company and the country by the proverbial balls and squeeze hard so hard that the way the treaty is set up, it's not negotiable you are married for life brother there is no divorce options.

I am extremely disappointed that the Green's Senator Bob Green as the representative for the state of Tasmania would allow or even contemplate the collective soul of the Australian people to descend into human slavery. His souls prime mission is to raise the consciousness and transcend the yoke of repression. To consider or heaven forbid capitulate to the Federal Labour Party for short term political mileage and funding to pet projects. To do so places all subsequent generations of Australians under what amounts to a new form of slavery. This is not his souls mission or desire. Listen by all means but you do not have to be tarred or even wear the term of climate denialist as pontificated by the Federal Labour Party or even take on their mantra of denial.

You can't take money with you when you die but you can you take a soul that is rich in knowledge, wisdom and understanding to the next world and above all free of guilt.

As a Carbon Tax or whatever name you give it, will simply crush all western world industries. Any entrepreneur or business owner or equity group or super fund and trust will simply export their business off shore and there goes the jobs and knowledge, the brain drain to third world developing countries.

The irony is these countries will be cash rich supposedly from first world countries who have been taxed to the max and the additional irony is that third world developing countries will get an amnesty in the so called Copenhagen Treaty to help them migrate to energy efficient processes but to what extent will humans beings living in first world countries become!

With the growth of the "Sickness Industry" I would suggest most people in the first world countries would be pill popping on some kind of new designer drug, a cousin of Prozac perhaps or some other addictive substance but I can certainly say to you that the lack of will to create or do something constructively will have been literally kicked out of every Australian so it’s important for good men and women to stand up and say NO!

The civil war in USA was not about slavery rather it was the fact that Abraham Lincoln and the colonies were issuing their own currency “The Greenback” the threat to the European money families was frightening.

America had the ability to become the dominate player on the world stage as does Australia in this century.

This new world continent with it’s wide open spaces and natural resources placed hope in people’s hearts coupled with its ability to print its own money backed by its government for the people. America would attract the best of everything and that was the threat that the money families had to avert and more importantly take control over.

It was President Thomas Woodrow Wilson who capitulated to the European bankers 1913 and signed over American currency, independence and sovereignty to these foreign families who controlled London, Paris and masked their ownership of America under the guise of the name Federal Reserve, make no bones about it, it’s a private bank.

Now American owes so much to China in treasury notes and bonds that it’s only a matter of time before the American dollar dies as we know it and something else has to replace it, that’s the key question, China know it, I know it, as do all the global bankers and now you.

This exercise in Copenhagen is purely about whom controls the world money supply and should that occur then America’s IOU’s are worthless to China. The fact is the Chinese leaders need to save face its part of their culture, so if you piss them off, it’s the end game.

Did you notice, not one person representing the 192 countries said we can increase our UN membership fees to let the UN distribute the funds? No one has said we could or can put additional contributions into the World Bank and let them do micro finance projects. There are so many defacto organisations who claim to represent 3rd world or developing countries but no one has mentioned any of them.

Perhaps because greater minds have reasoned as President Ronald Regan so aptly put it, these groups only create a bureaucracy at the front office and nothing hits the ground where it’s required.

It's extremely odd don’t you think that the truth about the Copenhagen Treaty and it’s secret 181 page supplement memorandum never came to the surface throughout the whole 2007 Australian election campaign and the proceeding years of 2008 and 2009.

Australia’s traditional media have portrayed Kevin Rudd as the great white knight to save the world perhaps he’s been knighted into the Order of the Garter or Pythias without telling us but I do know the truth has not seen the light of day under the current Federal Labour Government and that’s a shame for our generation and the next.

That's why we have opposition parties to seek the truth and nothing else but the truth! When Government go off the rails.

And No, the Copenhagen process whilst good in theory must fail for humanities sake. I say again the issue is not to tax the human spirit rather to release the human spirit. The Copenhagen agenda and anything that resembles it in what ever form will place the yoke around humanity.

Over the last century the answers have been given to humanity with letters of patents lodged in Patents offices the World over.

In order to protect ideas, one takes out copyright (it’s done in art work, radio, TV, magazine, books, a simply dress or shoe design and any form of conceptional advertising) patients for mechanical, electrical, electronically, biological, construction are effectively lodged in countries of manufacturer, and subsequent distribution.

So effectively everybody the world over has been given the blue prints for a new tomorrow.

There is no need to tax the rich to give to the poor who will only squander it or even tax power companies who provide the bare necessitates of life in a European or Asia or Russian or North American winter this is not the desired effect rather this will lead to the have's and the have not’s based on a monetary class disposition and that’s not what Australia’s Labour Party stands for, something fundamentally has changed in the ethos and ethics of the Australian Labour Party.

We don’t need that and neither is it good business to subsidies your domestic power bill when a simple game of monopoly will tell you that you ultimately pay via some other dressed up means and neither do we subsidies fuel or power companies or heaven to bid to push the umbrella for nuclear power stations as a form of riding the green energy wave of utopia, that's simply not a position for Australia to take and that's not-negotiable. Ask any Australian primary exporter when his Letter of Credit states "Have your goods been irradiated or radiated." Australia's green label is for good reason.

Over decades of time we have a plethora of organisations who in their own right brought, coerced or stole patents and quietly put these cutting edge ideas and concepts into the grave of previous generations and our generation. Yes, they are the problem yet funny enough they pave the way forward as the solution.

The Governments of the World have bailed out banks, insurance companies, multi nationals provided government guarantees on bank deposits and in doing so have become the prime stakeholder in these companies. The Government has a mandate and a moral obligation to unlock these patented inventions that were done so to preserve profits and market leadership but at what cost to the human race, plant and animal kingdom.

Patents that can reduce the demand on fossil fuel, rubber, engine configurations, metal composites on vehicles, rail, ships, planes and civil construction

In the West Wing TV show Aaron Sorkin the creator revealed in two back to back episodes using all forms of alternative energy available to America's i.e. sun, hydro, ethanol, gas, wind (not nuclear) that all these systems combined could only provide 5 % of USA requirements.

We don’t subsidies any of these behemoths through some Carbon Tax moratorium or Tax Break. We the people on behalf of all the inhabitants of this planet must get these ideas out into everyday life from hydrogen cells, magnetic propulsions, Nikola Tesla electrical circuits, Marcel Vogel crystal computer, advances in top soil retention and plant propagation, oxygenating water, double helix threaded piping. sound and tonal therapies on humans and plant growth, and of course lifestyle constructions, materials that incorporates solar power collectors into its external wall cladding or roofing not some appendage that we see today been added to our tile or tin roofs

If we speak on Nikola Tesla, his resounding and successful experiment on broadcasting electricity in upstate New York is the way forward it removes high tension power lines (health issues with leukemia in particular) and sub stations.

All we need is three power stations placed equidistant on this planet and together they can look after the world electricity needs. All one needs is a standalone unit with a built in receiver much like wireless internet or an aerial much like a TV aerial attached to your home or business and then you can use the existing wiring to your power points, this we can do now.

Using such a system means vast tracts of land in Australia, Antarctic, Russia, Siberia, Canada's Hudson Bay, Africa, America’s, Island nations in fact the whole world can now be free of power lines. All of a sudden it makes it affordable to live in remote areas and be on line with the rest of humanity via the web.

In the case of cyclones, hurricanes and earthquakes if we use dome and conical shape lifestyle dwellings like the Eskimos igloo we can provide the appropriate protection and by using Tesla’s power and distribution system, power would be available before and after these events.

Cold stores and home refrigerators will be still operating, food won't rot; fresh water can be boiled from soiled or brackish water. We can eliminate the massive airlifts of humanitarian food aid, cholera tablets, shelter. In fact morgues or freezers will be available to reduce the maggot infestation simply because of one simple invention “Broadcasting Electricity.”

In fact Nikola's invention is the way forward it gives everybody on this planet a sense of equality. The word “Power” as a word in itself becomes evenly distributed and much will come from this one token gesture.

We could have had this form of energy at the beginning of the 1900's but for a banker namely JP Morgan who asked Nikola where was the tap for the return on investment sadly for Mr JP Morgan it was a free product and so Thomas Edison (morphed into General Electric) received funding and you get the electricity bill but it doesn't have to be that way.

Yes, we as a race must learn not to be “Masters of Limitation” rather we must reward our creativity. If we are prepared to pay 1 pound or 1 euro or 1 dollar for a song download or pay for an IPhone application, then we as a race are mentally prepared to reward our inventor ship for new ideas and concepts.

Using the Iphone model, the inventor gives Apple 30 % of earnings however quite simply that's % is extremely high and not feasible or sustainable in the long term. Perhaps we can make the Patents Offices the new libraries of on-line content and web phones simply become the user face terminals to retrieve the knowledge.

One thing the Iphone concept does show, is that our younger minds are getting their ideas out to the world in an instant and for that we have to be eternally grateful.

For every action there is an equal and opposite reaction if the Arctic pole melts great! For the first time we will see trading routes suddenly appear with virgin waters and vast regions of mother earth becoming assessable. The Russian Steppes and Canada’s vast Tundra will reveal clean non pollutant lands free of herbicide and pesticides not seen since the 18th century our food crops will become vibrant using new agrarian farming practices.

Fruits and vegetables grown to what we saw in the embryonic stages of the Findhorn community in the late 60’s will become common place. The actual plant growth will carry the life force to enrich both the soil from which it comes from but more importantly nourishes the animal and human food chain providing us all with a long, healthy and sustainable life and get the human race out of the mindset of the “Sickness Industry” which currently prevails in our western society.

Whilst mother nature may close one door she will reveal another and that my friends is the freedom and the new beginning for the inhabitants of Earth in whatever form we care to take.

And for that I am grateful that Tony Abbott got the E.T.S and Carbon Tax defeated by standing up to Malcolm Turnbull (former head of Merchant Bankers, Goldman Sacks (Australia) who unequivalently without reservation would fully understand the financial markets and how Carbon Tax would be the next big money earner in the derivatives market for any would be merchant banker)

In Australia's House of Representatives on Tuesday night the 9th Feb 2010. We were reliably informed by the Hon Members of Parliament Mrs Bronwyn Bishop (Mackellar) (7.28 pm) that the American Al Gore established a company in 2004 with three (3) Goldman Sach directors on its board and called it “Generation Investment Management” its core business is to purchase and trade in carbon credits.

I am sure that Malcolm Turnbull as the former head of Goldman Sach (Australia) would have come across Mark Ferguson as the joint head of European research for Goldman Sachs Asset Management, Peter Harris directed international research for Goldman Sachs Asset Management but the biggest name is Henry Paulson the former Goldman Sachs chairman and President George W. Bush’s Secretary of the Treasury who designed last autumn’s massive government bailout of various financial firms and the Managing Director of GIM’s David Blood, who was CEO of Goldman Sachs Asset Management.

As a foot note:  It’s reported in Google searches that Al Gore’s personal net worth went from US$2 million in 2001 to US$100 million in 2007
 

You can draw your own conclusion to Malcolm Turnbull’s epiphany to cross the floor and vote with the Federal Labour Party but now in the fullness of time as stated on Tuesday 9^th February 2010 we have to say how lucky was Australia to have Tony Abbott at the right place at the right time to thwart this Tax on our human spirit.

As a shareholder in Australia, you and I are entitled to the truth so we can continue to invest in our nation’s prosperity. Personally I would like to ask the current board of directors of Australia namely The Australian Federal Labour Party

Who is the real Kevin Rudd?

Who is he really working for?

Who would be controlling the money supply under the Copenhagen Treaty?

And who have we borrowed the money off and what do they want in return as an asset against the borrowings.

Anybody who has been involved in the internal dramas of football clubs and or nonprofit organisations would know that you can have an extra-ordinary special general meeting to change leadership.

Perhaps that what Australia needs at this pivotal moment in history, a complete clean out of its board of directors.
