Bill's Healing Festival 06
This year it was held 7th July to 9th July

This was the year where we out grew Bill's 4 acre property and we moved into the farmers field across the lane. As you can see the fields are green, the hedge rows have been cut and the sky is blue.
The local Burnham on Sea Scouts group set up base camp at the dual entrance to the festival, they have a pivotal role to meet and greet all those who come on the festival site, they take care of the parking and offer information on the local area to those who ask and for all that their job is done on a donation basis.

The gates opened at 9 am on Friday morning with the main stage kicking off proceedings at 10.30am with all three (3) workshops facilities commencing at 11 am.

The concept of the healing festival is to give everybody the opportunity to visit all alternative and complimentary therapies that are available on the one site.

A once off fee is made at the entrance and from there workshops and what ever is on the main stage is free except for camping fee, food, drink or merchandise such as clothing or music as to the actual therapies you can provide a donation as a gift for the practitioners' time.

And what about the campers, well they got a new field with their own entrance and wait for it hot and cold showers and toilets. Life has come along way for those who intend to head to Somerset and kick back and soak up the sun and talk to the animals.

So to finish off here is a couple of photos to wet your appetite for next year.
